Don 2 is a 2011 Bollywood Action Crime Movie directed by Farhan Akhtar and co-written by him along with Ameet Mehta and Amrish Shah.  This movie is exact copy of Prison Break. In this movie, you can see scene and sequence literally translated from English to Hindi. The film is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Shahrukh Khan and Farhan Akhtar. This film is sequel of Don 2006 film, Don and stars Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta, Om Puri, Boman Irani and Kunal Kapoor while Hrithik Roshan appears in a cameo appearance. The plot of the film continues from the end of the first one, starting in Malaysia and moving to Europe where Don, now the king of the Asian underworld, aims to take over the European drug cartel. The film marks Farhan Akhtar's return to direction after a gap of nearly three years. It was filmed in India, Thailand, Germany, Malaysia and Switzerland. In Don 2, you can enjoy three to four Hollywood movies, like Black Mercedes, the American Glock's, prisons and orange jail uniforms same as prison break. Many Scenes are copied Mission Impossible, Ocean Eleven and Die Hard After etc.

Don 2 - shahrukh khan in Prison

Don 2's original score and soundtrack were composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy with lyrics penned by Javed Akhtar; both worked on the first instalment of the series. Director Farhan Akhtar announced that the cult singer Usha Uthup would record a song for the film, which was titled "Hai Ye Maya". The album features nine tracks, including two remixes and two instrumentals. It received mixed response upon its release with a section of critics describing it as disappointing as it was safe and self-conscious and that the composers chose to stay confined to the formula of the original film. However, most reviews agreed that the music managed to stay true to the identity and genre of the film and followed the narrative. The soundtrack was released in the market on 17 November 2011 by T-Series, over a month before the film release.
